Spotify Ads
I supported mid-market advertisers across a ~$7M Spotify Ads portfolio, and designed an AI-assisted creative workflow for 565 dormant accounts.

- Measurement → optimization. Reporting was rebuilt by hand.
- The bet
- Produce more work in less time by automating creative and reporting.

- ~$7M ad portfolio · 565 dormant accounts covered · 90 reached while training new hires

Where it brokeCampaign results depend on decisions about audience, format, delivery and measurement. But every report was put together by hand before each recommendation.
The repairI designed an automation architecture for reporting and creatives, built a Python integration between the Spotify Ads API and Google Sheets for media planning, and built a Vercel Automation Hub.
Campaign results depended on six decisions made in six places.
I supported mid-market advertisers for 3 Client Partners, on self-serve and managed products: onboarding, campaign setup, audience strategy, optimization and reporting. I translated each advertiser’s objectives and the platform’s capabilities into audio, video and display creative briefs, messaging directions and optimization recommendations.
I also mapped where the success organization could automate, built a structured onboarding and trained new hires.
Decision log
- Obvious moveTreat each campaign step as its own ticket and optimize them one at a time.
- Why notResults depend on the chain. A strong creative on the wrong audience, or a report that arrives after the next flight is planned, still loses.
- The betWork from the customer objective through the whole lifecycle, then automate only where repeated tasks slowed the next decision.
- The tellThe AI-assisted creative workflow covered 565 dormant accounts, and I reached 90 of them myself. The Sheets integration and the Automation Hub were independent proofs of concept.

I can translate what advertisers want and what the platform can do into briefs, recommendations and tools that save the team time.
