Momo Medical
I found the North American long-term care facilities that fit a Dutch patient-monitoring product, booked meetings with their CEOs and offered them a trial.
- Role
- Market research + outbound (SDR)
- The gap
- A proven Dutch product with no foothold with North American care buyers
- The bet
- Find the facilities that fit, then let them try the product before they buy
- Proof
- Medicare's full facility data screened · CEO meetings booked · trial offer
Momo Medical builds patient-monitoring technology in the Netherlands. To enter North America, it needed its first buyers. I pulled every U.S. long-term care facility from Medicare’s data through its API. I added Ontario facilities by scraping local sources. Then I screened them all for fit and did the outreach myself, as an SDR (the person who books first sales meetings). I booked meetings with their CEOs to introduce Momo, and offered a trial: a few months with the product before deciding.
I turned the research into a U.S. market-entry strategy, with product communication and sales-support documents that helped the reps engage buyers.

- Obvious moveAsk facilities to buy a product they had never seen working.
- The betTarget only the facilities that fit, reach their CEOs directly, and lower the risk with a trial of a few months.
Proof
- U.S. + OntarioLong-term care facilities screened, from Medicare's data and local sources
I can map a complex buying group and shape how a product enters a new market.
