> Product Marketing | GTM Strategy | AI & Technical Products

I help technical product teams make complex products easier to understand and adopt. I use customer research to shape positioning, messaging, and GTM tests. I also build AI workflows to test ideas and reduce repetitive work.

## Positioning

**Product Marketing | GTM Strategy | AI & Technical Products**

My work centers on five connected capabilities:

- **Customer Insight:** research users, buyers, workflows, and market context.
- **Positioning:** translate product capability into clear customer value.
- **GTM:** test how products reach and convert users.
- **Adoption:** understand what helps customers use the product successfully.
- **AI Workflows:** prototype tools and systems that improve how teams work.

My product and design background supports the work, but the market-facing category is Product Marketing and GTM for technical products.

## Selected work

### Spotify Ads

**Role:** Ads Success / Client Strategy
**Context:** Spotify Ads via MediaMint
**Scope:** Audience strategy, media planning, campaign delivery, measurement, optimization, workflow design
**Campaign model:** Direct IO, programmatic, and Spotify Ads Manager

I worked across the advertising lifecycle, connecting audience strategy, media planning, creative formats, campaign delivery, measurement, and workflow improvement into a repeatable system for learning and optimization.

The work involved audio, video, and display campaigns; Brand Lift measurement and client insights; campaign operations across Direct IO and programmatic workflows; and collaboration across Canada and the United States.

I treated campaign setup, delivery, reporting, and recommendations as one campaign lifecycle:

1. **Audience** — business objective and audience definition.
2. **Media plan** — budget, flight, and placement.
3. **Creative** — audio, video, and display formats.
4. **Delivery** — launch and campaign operations.
5. **Measurement** — performance and Brand Lift.
6. **Optimization** — use learning to improve the next decision.

### Shandoka

**Role:** Founding Designer
**Team:** Three-person electric-mobility startup
**Scope:** Industrial design, product strategy, brand positioning, go-to-market, digital experience
**Market:** Electric mobility

Shandoka began as a product-design challenge and became a broader system-design problem. As founding designer, I worked across motorcycle and scooter concepts, CAD and design reviews, roadmap and launch priorities, brand development, positioning, storytelling, and web presence.

The design challenge was to create a recognizable product language while the company was simultaneously defining how it would prioritize its roadmap and enter the electric-vehicle market. My role connected physical product decisions with the business context around them.

The process moved through:

1. **Market** — opportunity and user context.
2. **Product strategy** — roadmap and priorities.
3. **Vehicle** — concept and architecture.
4. **Development** — refinement and production intent.
5. **Brand** — positioning and identity.
6. **Launch** — digital experience and go-to-market communication.

The brand work translated the product's speed, technology, and electric-mobility positioning into a visual system that could connect the physical product with the company's market presence.

The case is meaningful because it required design across boundaries: product decisions shaped positioning, positioning informed the brand, and the brand shaped how the product entered the market.

### PitchKit AI

**Role:** Product Strategy, UX / Workflow Design, AI Product Development, Growth Marketing
**Product:** AI workflow system for Ad Sales, Customer Success, agencies, and independent marketers
**Core capability:** Guided intake → structured strategy → production assets → QA → handoff
**Principle:** The structure is the product.

PitchKit AI addresses the work between a client conversation and the production stack. It turns rough notes, client context, and campaign inputs into structured marketing work: strategy, creative assets, production prompts, quality assurance, and handoff.

The product was designed around a workflow rather than a generic content generator. Its sequence is:

1. **Conversation** — rough notes and client context.
2. **Brief** — audience, offer, and constraints.
3. **Strategy** — angle and rationale.
4. **Assets** — copy, scripts, and production prompts.
5. **QA** — readiness and channel fit.
6. **Handoff** — export and activation.

The project includes a Readiness Score intended to evaluate the brief before polish and was a finalist at the Super9s Buildathon 2026.

### Blauw Studio

**Role:** Founder · Marketing Consultant & Digital Strategy Lead
**Studio:** Blauw Studio · Toronto · 2021–2025
**Scope:** Positioning, digital experience, paid acquisition, analytics, CRM
**Channels and tools:** Google, Meta, GA4 / GTM, HubSpot

Blauw Studio connected positioning, digital experience, paid acquisition, analytics, and CRM into one operating system for growth. The work was not limited to designing websites or running campaigns; it covered the full customer and marketing lifecycle.

The operating model was:

1. **Positioning** — clarify proposition and message.
2. **Experience** — design for conversion.
3. **Acquisition** — generate demand through Google and Meta.
4. **Conversion** — turn traffic into action.
5. **Analytics** — connect behavior to outcomes.
6. **CRM** — capture and nurture leads.
7. **Optimization** — use learning to improve the system.

Portfolio evidence includes 20+ web projects, analytics and conversion tracking with GA4 and GTM, CRM and lifecycle workflows, and reported average improvement in paid ROI across client work.

## About

I work in product marketing and GTM for technical products. My background in product and design, customer success, and AI product building helps me work across customer research, positioning, adoption, and execution. I have worked with Spotify Ads, built zero-to-one products, led client strategy through Blauw Studio, and developed AI workflows and prototypes.

My training in industrial and strategic product design shapes how I frame problems, study users and systems, prototype ideas, and communicate complex products.
